No stranger to live music events and entertainment, Matt Orlove is responsible for creating, crafting, and partnering on some of the most sought after-parties throughout the U.S. and in 40 markets spanning over 250+ parties per year; Wicked Paradise, Panic in L.A., Barcrawlerz, Dreamboat, Daft Brunch, to name a few.
Orlove’s 15+ year background in entertainment and lifestyle events has helped catapult ORLOVE into a multi-million dollar, premium go-to brand synonymous with world-renowned music, artists, and venues, and continues to expand nationally and internationally in 2020, making ORLOVE one of the fastest growing event brands globally.
And all of this in just a few short years since forming his own company in 2014 after moving from New York City to Los Angeles. Sparked by insanely awesome talent and legendary venues, ORLOVE continues to set the bar high with its expansion into custom events, specifically for brands looking to activate their own parties and instantly connect with an already eagerly waiting audience.
When he’s not working, he spends the rest of his time with wife, Lynn and three beautiful girls, Kennedy, Rowan, & Finley.

Meet The Team
With nearly 20 years experience as an international business strategist, growth marketer and brand architect focusing on luxury, lifestyle, arts and entertainment, health and wellness, tech, cannabis and fashion, Matt has partnered and worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands including those under the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy conglomerate such as KRUG Champagne and Ruinart Champagne, as well as the World Trade Centers Association and more.
Matt not only has two international business degrees (including an MBA from Thunderbird - #1 school for International Business), but a 15+ year background in Internet technology and all things digital. Additionally, Matt has a reputation for positioning brands for high visibility and scale in the emerging digital economy, and has also amassed an army of his own through his digital media reach influencing nearly 10.5M people per month including his Forbes featured podcast, The Hustle Sold Separately.
Matt teamed up with Matt Orlove & ORLOVE to help expand its business operations, strategic partnerships and sponsorships, as well as assist in the overall direction of the brand.
Born into a family of creatives, with a movie director as a father, Britt’s love for the creative blossomed at an early age. With over 15 years of experience in photography, marketing, graphic design and media production, Britt is an award winning photographer who has worked in various markets in both the U.S. and EU.
Britt specializes in executing creative assets across various industries, including TV, print, digital, as well as leading rebranding for various companies in both the U.S. and internationally.
Britt studied at New York University and graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a BA in art and graphic design. Shortly after graduating from Uni, Britt went to work in Paris where she began working in music production. After her success in Paris she returned to Los Angeles where she continued her career in creative direction.
Britt joined forces with ORLOVE in 2019 as Creative Director helping organize and execute all creative aspects within the organization.
Director of Operations - Barcrawlerz
After over 6 years of hands-on experience in the bar industry, Thomas Johnson brought his inside knowledge and diligent work ethic to the event production industry.
Hitting the ground running, he proved his ability to rapidly and efficiently expand the Barcrawlerz Brand.
Since joining, Thomas has grown the brand from just 3, to nearly 30 new markets, including orchestrating the company's international debut this past October.
With no plans of slowing down anytime soon, he aims to be in over 40 different markets by Spring of 2020.
After receiving her Master’s in clinical psychology, Emily Moran decided that she wanted to implement the unique skill set she acquired on a large scale through the entertainment industry.
Emily graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and studied abroad at the University of Sydney, Australia. During this time, she first realized her interest in event coordination whilst working on production of affairs for well-known companies like Coca-Cola, as well as engaging in bridal coordination for high profile clientele.
Eager and ready for a challenge, Emily joins the Barcrawlerz team in January 2020 on a mission to expand into 40+ markets by March.
